Biography

LMC Pathology Services, a Sonic Healthcare Anatomic Pathology Practice, is privileged to include Kevin L. Golden, M.D., Ph.D., as a member of our medical staff. Dr. Golden has extensive hospital experience with an impressive academic and research background.

Dr. Golden graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Siena College in Loudonville, New York. Later, he received his Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Florida. Here, he concurrently pursued and earned his medical degree.

Dr. Golden completed an anatomic and clinical pathology residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital at Harvard Medical School in Boston, where he was chief resident during his final year. Subsequently, he completed a surgical pathology before traveling to Blantyre, Malawi as a visiting instructor of pathology to serve the Malawi College of Medicine. He then went on to conclude his postgraduate training as a gastrointestinal and liver pathology fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Dr. Golden has authored and co-authored six peer-reviewed medical journals. He has also presented at local conferences in pathology, including the USCAP Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas. He is a member of the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology and the Massachusetts Medical Society.

Dr. Golden holds full medical licensure and is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology.
